WebI’ve had it for about 3 years. It appears the backpod only works for short-term costochondritis. I had the same issue - I’ve been suffering for 2.5 years and the backpod made it worse. I only use a soft foam roller now before bed. Doesn’t get rid of the pain, but it’s temporarily relieving. WebNo experience here with slipping rib, but just wanted to echo that I've also been trying to treat it with backpod, stretches, foam roller, etc. for a few months and still haven't seen relief. I'm hopeful that the reason it's taking so long is simply that I'm undoing many years of bad posture and tight ribs. Best of luck to you.
